JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing strategies that will promote the hotel’s offered services to drive in and help with an increased growth in sales and revenue of both hotel properties. He/she will be assigned to develop marketing strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals and branding and lead and coordinate well with the whole Marketing team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in hotel marketing or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and revenue-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience in handling OTA platforms, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
• Creative, strategic, and results-oriented.
