Ang payout sa educational assistance pagahimoon lamang matag Sabado – Agosto 27, Septembre 3, 10, 17, 24. Giawhag ang mga buot mangayo sa maong ayuda nga magpaabot sa PAHIBALO sa DSWD kung unsa ang LGU o Barangay ug asa ang lugar sa payout.

Samtang nagpaabot sa eskedyul, palihug andama ang orihinal ug duha ka kopya sa mga dokumento:
•Certificate of Enrollment o ubang dokumento nga nagpamatuod nga na enroll – usa ka kopya nga original ug usa photocopy

•Identification Card o ID - duha ka photocopy ug dalhon ang original
Palihog hiposa lamang ninyo ang mga dokumento kay dalhon ra na ninyo panahon sa payout.

Dili na kinahanglan nga magpalista og una, busa ayaw na kamo pag-adto sa mga opisina sa DSWD dinhi sa Carreta ug sa mga SWAD sa matag probinsya. Labaw sa tanan ayaw usab kamo pag-adto sa mga buhatan sa City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices (C/MSWDOs).

Gihangyo namo ang tanan, nga magpaabot lamang gayud sa mga pahibalo gikan sa opisina sa DSWD kung asa kamo moadto panahon sa payout. Daghang Salamat.

Republic Act No. 10054

The law mandates all motorcycle riders, drivers and back riders, to wear standard protective motorcycle helmets while driving, whether long or short drives, in any type of road and highway at all times.

Standard protective motorcycle helmets are appropriate types of helmets for motorcycle riders that comply with the specifications issued by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

TYPES OF HELMETS
Full-Face
Open-Face (3/4)
Half-Head

Exempted are drivers of tricycles.

Any person caught not wearing the standard protective motorcycle helmet in violation of this Act shall be punished with a fine that includes:

First Offense - One thousand five hundred pesos (Php 1,500.00)
Second Offense - Three thousand pesos (Php 3,000.00)
Third Offense - Five thousand pesos (Php 5,000.00)
Fourth and Succeeding Offenses - Ten thousand pesos (Php 10,000.00) plus confiscation of the driver's license.

KING OF THE ROAD ORDINANCE
Ordinance Numbered 7 Series of 2010 requires all motorists to fully stop for FIVE SECONDS before pedestrian lanes or slow down upon approaching a pedestrian lane to allow people to cross.
During a slow down or a stop in vehicular traffic movement, no vehicle shall obstruct any portion of the pedestrian lane. The pedestrian lane must always be free from any vehicles starting from each borderline to the other.
🔴 PENALTIES:
1st Offense: Confiscation of driver’s license and a fine of P1,000.00
2nd Offense: Confiscation of driver’s license and a fine of P2,000.00
3rd Offense:Confiscation of driver’s license and a fine of P3,000.00.
