SOUTH KOREA REMOVES BANK STATEMENT REQUIREMENT FOR FILIPINO VISA APPLICANTS

Starting February 20, 2026, the Korea Visa Application Center will no longer require three months of bank statements from Filipino visa applicants across all visa categories.

Under the updated rules, students may submit either a school certificate or student ID, while group applicants only need one set of shared supporting documents. Employment documents will also no longer require an explanation letter if contact details are provided.
