HOUSE RULES & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

- 3-Day Free Cancellation: Bookings may be cancelled without any charges if the cancellation request is submitted at least 3 days prior to the scheduled check-in date and time.

- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: Full booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
​
- No-show policy: If the guest fails to arrive without prior notification, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
​
- Modifications: Changes to booking dates or details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if made within 3 days of check-in.

2. NO SMOKING POLICY

- Strictly no smoking is permitted inside the house, including all rooms, common areas, and enclosed spaces.
​
- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas (if available), with proper disposal of cigarette butts in provided ashtrays.
​
- Violation fee: A mandatory cleaning and deodorization charge will be applied to any reservation where smoking is detected indoors. The fee amount will be specified at the time of booking.

3. PET POLICY

- Pets are allowed only with prior written approval from the management. Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited.

- Additional charges apply: A non-refundable pet fee will be collected per pet, per stay, to cover extra cleaning and potential damage.
​
- Pet responsibilities: Pets must be supervised at all times, kept on leashes in common areas, and their waste must be properly disposed of off the property premises.
​
- Damage caused by pets: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings caused by their pets, with charges based on repair or replacement costs.
