We are thrilled to celebrate the successful culmination (February 26, 2025) of our FBSE (Filipino Brand of Service Excellence) Training Program, which was held last February 8-12. This intensive session brought together talented OJT students from Aurora State College of Technology and our three newest team members, equipping them with essential skills for excellence in hospitality and tourism.

A special spotlight on the core of our training--embracing Filipino Values that define true frontliners in our industry—hospitality from the heart, resilience, and unwavering dedication. Led by our exceptional in-house trainer, Ms. Shierl B. Tablang, the program was a blend of insightful sessions, hands-on activities, and inspiring growth.

The event reached new heights with an uplifting inspirational message from our visionary CEO/President, Ms. Shiela Tablang Fry, who reminded us all of the power of passion and teamwork in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
