We are renting our Buhangin Cozy Home for weekly to monthly basis from June 2025 to September 2025 only.

It’s a cozy three bedroom home, with its own kitchen, living room, gated parking.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 are airconditioned. Bedroom 3 is a cute fan room.
Full kitchen (pots, pans, stove, refrigerator)
Fiber internet and wifi.
Solar back-up (solar only powers lights and fans during the day-time).
Lots of space to work, ceiling and floor fans.
Board rack on site.
Once a week replacement of bedsheets and garbage pick up.

Maximum of four pax.

Location: Monrio, Brgy. Buhangin, Baler (near Rolling Store)

Weekly Rate: P10,000 / week.
Monthly Rate: P27,500 / month. Wifi included. Electricity is included except for AC. Airconditioning will be billed separately (note each AC has its own submeter).

Buhangin Cozy Home, Your Home in Baler

We are a vacation home rental in Baler, Aurora. Centrally located, we are near Museo de Baler and historic sites, plus a short 3min trike to Sabang Beach.

We have two houses you can book:
Our Buhangin Home is a 3BR villa that comfortably sleeps 6pax. It has three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, stylish bathroom and strong wifi.

Our Couples Bungalow is good for solo travelers, couples and small groups. It is a 1BR villa that comfortably fits up to 3pax. It also has its own bathroom, living room, kitchenette and strong wifi.

Gated parking is available.

We have solar power - so we have enough power for wifi, lights and fans in the daytime during brownouts.
