Friendly Reminder to Our Valued Guests 🤍

We always strive to offer fair and affordable rates while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept private resort for everyone’s enjoyment.

However, we’d like to remind everyone that lower rates do not mean lower standards or relaxed house rules. All guests regardless of the amount paid are expected to:

• Follow the posted house rules
• Respect the property, staff, and neighbors
• Keep the place clean and orderly
• Communicate concerns respectfully

Please note:
• Our resort has a strict maximum capacity of 15 guests.
• All persons entering the property are counted, whether they swim, stay overnight, or just visit.
• Unapproved in-and-out of additional companions is not allowed.
• Additional guests are subject to extra charges, as stated before booking.

Leaving the house messy, disorganized, or unattended after check-out is also a violation of our house rules, especially as this is a private home that we carefully maintain for every guest.

Our rules are clearly stated prior to booking to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all. Excessive complaints while not following house rules make it difficult for us to deliver the experience we promise to guests who value respect and responsibility.

If our rules or policies don’t align with your expectations, we fully understand—and you’re welcome to explore other accommodations that may better suit your needs.
