In view of the upcoming regular holiday in the Philippines, Araw ng Kagitingan (April 9, 2026)โ€”and in consideration of the Universityโ€™s current compressed workweek arrangement, the following temporary office schedule guidelines shall be observed:

๐Ÿ. ๐‘๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ซ๐ ๐Ÿ–-๐‡๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐’๐œ๐ก๐ž๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ž
From ๐€๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐Ÿ”, ๐Ÿ•, ๐Ÿ–, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, all administrative offices shall revert to the standard 8-hour onsite work schedule (8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM) in lieu of the 10-hour compressed workweek arrangement. Teaching personnel shall also follow the regular 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM schedule.

On ๐€๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐Ÿ—, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” (Thursday), all classes and office transactions are suspended in observance of Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor).

An official memorandum will be issued for further details. The whole ASU community and the public are advised to be guided accordingly.
