For two or single occupants, the price can be discussed. The whole house may also be divided into 3 for full self-containment. It has 17 bedrooms, having personal closets with hangers. The whole house has 7 bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own shower & heater. The living room is also fully air-conditioned. Kitchen utensils and equipment are provided if needed, upon request, with air-conditioning units and electric fans for optional use, 24 hrs water supply, complete bedding with no extra charge (blanket and pillow). DOWN PAYMENT MUST BE PAYED, otherwise it will still be open for booking by other interested customer or depending on the conversation of the owner. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION will mean forfeiture of your reservation fee since units are reserved for you and other guests are not entertained who wanted to reserve the same unit.
