Nagbo-alao, Municipality of Basay, Province of Negros Oriental. Its name is derived from the word "fantasy" meaning β€œplayful imagination” and was added a little twist to make it more meaningful, hence, β€œfuntasea” or β€œhave fun at sea”. Though Basay has many resorts and beaches, FUNTASEA was the first registered resort in the Municipality. The area about 1.5 hectares is an ideal space for perfect la

ndscape and fully developed resort. The management continues to bring more excitement each year, so guests can expect new facilities and amenities available each time they visit the resort. Within the place you can get pleasure from the ala Caribbean life. Listen to playing music of steel drums as you sun bathe under the beautiful sun or just feeling the breeze below the palm trees while sipping cocktail. Snorkel and see the beautiful and colorful coral reefs and fishes at Basay’s Marine Sanctuary known as β€œSEALANDIA” which is just few kilometers away from the vicinity. It is accessible by boat or car and only a minimum charge apply. Enjoy also staying at our native cabanas, which doesn’t need proper ventilation during night time for its perfect and relaxing fresh air. Once you step into our tropical casitas, you will be surprised to see the indoor garden that brings much green into the room. Explore and play on the shore using torches as the source of light. You’ll certainly find the place exceptional. Holding group meetings, conferences, or team building activities will surely be successful if place is peaceful, quit and distant from the city night life.
