Tito Germz provides 100% service to our valued guests.
First of all, we are honest that we are not a beachfront accommodation. What we do is provide FREE transportation service from the shoreline to Masasa — pick-up and drop-off anytime, as long as guests inform us of the time they need to be picked up.
We also provide a 24-hour power supply in case of a blackout, we make sure to turn on the generator because we do not want our guests to lose power during their staycation.
Everything that happened was purely unintentional. We also provide 1 hour of FREE air-conditioning even for guests staying in fan rooms because we do not want them to feel uncomfortable.
If you are not satisfied with our service, we sincerely apologize because we may not have provided the kind of service you expected.
But we promise that we will continue to improve and still give our 100% best service for all of you.
