The standard nightly rate is for 25 people
- Maximum capacity is 35 pax with an extra fee for each additional person

Check-in time is strictly 2 pm or later, and check-out is 11 am the following day.

The Villa boasts five comfortable bedrooms, including a luxurious penthouse, and is equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort during your stay. You can also take advantage of the private pool, reserved exclusively for your use, to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation experience. We provide kitchenware and BBQ grills for our guests to use. Get your hands on a portable high-quality speaker and wireless magic mic for Karaoking with Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity. Perfect for team building, karaoke nights, and web surfing.

Our standard accommodation allows for 20 guests or less. Additional guests up to 25-30 can be accommodated for an extra fee (extra comfy floor mats available).

The Villa is 50 minutes away from the central district of Batangas City, and accessible by concrete road and by sea. Overlooking the serene beauty of the beach across Verde Island Passage and Puerto Galera, it is a delight to immerse in the sea and beat the heat with the clear water where dolphins splash around. Do various water activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking where you can be charmed by the beauty of our living coral reefs.
