Our condo unit is located in Pico De Loro Beach & Country Club (Nasugbu, Batangas) a 90-minute drive from Mall of Asia with beachfront recreational facility, various sports facilities, and indoor recreational amenities.

Our guests can enjoy different activities such as:

- Badminton Courts
- Olympic Size Basketball Court
- Squash Courts
- Tennis Courts
- Club Pico (children’s play area)
- Gym
- Private Karaoke Rooms

About our place...
Our room is defined by hardwood furnitures and comfortable beddings which can accommodate up to six (6) guests. We have one queen-sized bed, one bunk bed, and two additional mattresses with six pillows and six comfortable blankets. Towels and toiletries are not provided. Basic shampoo and body wash are available for free in the shower area inside the Country Club.

We provide the basic kitchen tools and utensils so that you can enjoy cooking your home-made meals.

Free parking is available within the resort.

Other Info...

Aside from the rental fee for the condo unit, guest are required to pay a one time entrance fee of Php1200 per adult and Php400 per 4-12y/o child upon arrival at the resort for weekdays and Php1300 and Php500 respectively for weekends. This is payable to Pico de Loro Resort management (not to us) which is valid for 7 days.

The entrance fee includes access to Pico beach, country club, shower rooms, and shuttle service within the vicinity.

Also, Pico de Loro only accepts non cash transaction (credit card or Pico cash card) for the payment of activities and restaurants. Reloadable Cash card is optional - costing Php (Php1,050) with Php1k consumable and Php50 for card

Here are some of the frequently asked questions for your stay in Pico de Loro Carola 710B Condo Unit.

FAQ #1 How do we enjoy the facility of the resort?

-As much as we want you to experience staying in our home, all guests are required to settle the entrance fee and register their names to Pico de Loro Country and Beach Club administration upon entry. After the settlement of this one-time fee, the guest can fully enjoy the facility of the resort for the next seven days.

-Our unit can accommodate a maximum of six (6) guests.
