The Project was conceptualized by the President of THE SEASHORE BEACH CLUB, INC., Mr. MINDANAO, a seasoned sales and marketing person having gained more than 20 years in selling various real estate projects in the local market and to foreign nationals who have great interest into the Philippines, being a very tropical country, noted for world class tourist destinations especially the beach lines

boasting for white sands, perfect for water sports activities. One of the concepts of beach club membership of “The Seashore” is to inspired members by taking advantage of the natural resources we have in our country, the tropical weather where most foreign nationals would like to frolic especially during summer season.
