🕒 Stay Details
Check-in: 2:00 PM (Strictly implemented)
Check-out: 12:00 NN (following day)
Stay Duration: Enjoy a full 22-hour relaxing getaway

💳 Payment Terms

Daily Rate: ₱2,500
Down Payment: ₱1,000
Required to secure your slot. This is non-refundable BUT can be used to other dates.

Balance:
The remaining balance must be settled in full upon arrival.

Kindly note:
• Early check-in or late check out requests of two (2) hour or more may incur an additional fee. Fees are determined based on the length of time requested and are subject to availability.
• The rate is good for three (3) guests. Additional guests will be charged 300 per head.
• Please notify us in advance if you need any adjustments.

Free Parking
Available in front of the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pay Parking Available
Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Car: ₱30 (first 12 hours)
• Motorbike: ₱15 (first 12 hours)
• Overnight Parking (12:00 MN – 12:00 NN): ₱150

🏊 Pool Access

Entrance Fee: ₱200 per person
Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

⚠️ Note: The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance.

🏋️ Gym Access

Free access
Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

📄 Mandatory Guest Requirements

Please provide the following immediately after paying the down payment:
• Primary contact number
• Valid government IDs (clear photo for all guests)

❌ Not accepted:
Barangay ID, Company ID, or Citizen Address ID
• Complete guest list (names and ages of all participants)

Our home is strictly smoke-free. Please refrain from smoking inside the property.

🚫 Cooking Policy
Light cooking only
To maintain a fresh environment it is strictly prohibited to cook strong-smelling food (e.g., dried fish/tuyo).

🔌 Appliances
Bringing extra appliances (e.g., electronic grills, large coolers, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

🐾 Pets
We maintain a pet-free environment. Pets are not allowed.

🧺 Towels
Please do not take the provided towels home.

🧹 Clean As You Go (CLAYGO)
Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit during your stay.

Housekeeping service is available for a fee of P500. Kindly contact the host at least 48 hours in advance.

🤝 Respect the Property
Please treat our home with care. Any damage must be reported immediately.

👥 Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors.
