About our space
Our place are best for families, couple or single traveller who wants to unwind or to have some quiet moments from their busy life schedules. You can just sit around, relax, and just spend with your loved ones away from your gadgets to fill up all the precious time that you missed because of our busy lives.
House rules
Check-in: After 2:00 PM
Checkout: 12:00 PM
- No shoes in the house
- Check in 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Check out 12 noon
- Smoking inside the unitis not allowed. A fine of PHP 500 will be
imposed.
- Please don’t eat and drink in the bedroom area.
- Take care of the keys provided. Lost keys incur a replacement
fee PHP 500/-.
- Towels are provided for 2 guests. Should you need an extra
towel there will be a charge of PHP 150/
- Additional guest in excess of 2 current guest will be charged
PHP 1,500 outright upon check in.
- Only registered guests are allowed inside the house.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the place please ensure not to
wear your shoes inside the house.
- Clean slippers will be provided so you can use it.
- Please treat all the items inside the unit with care. Any damage
or lost items will be charged by the signed guest.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will
not be liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
- Penalty of PHP 750.00 for stained fabrics or furniture will be
imposed.
- Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same
condition when rented out (clean).
- Do not keep any garbage inside the unit. There is a designated
garbage box outside the unit where you can throw it.
- Security deposit of PHP 1,500 will be collected upon check in
and will be returned back in full upon check out if there is no
damage/lost/stained items are found.
- Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items when not in use.
