We have discovered another page using The Black Gable Villa’s name, photos, and branding without our authorization.

⚠️ Please DO NOT send payments, deposits, or personal information to anyone communicating through this page.
⚠️ If you receive a message from this account regarding a booking, please do not proceed until you have verified it with us directly.

We are especially concerned because this fake page already has 24K followers, which can make it appear legitimate. Follower count does NOT mean the page is authentic.

🚨 PUBLIC ADVISORY: BEWARE OF A FAKE FACEBOOK PAGE 🚨

We have recently been informed that a fake page named “Black Gable Binangonan” has been scamming guests by accepting reservation payments.

Sadly, at least four individuals have already contacted us after sending money to this fake page. It is heartbreaking to know that people have lost their hard-earned money to these scammers.

⚠️ Please remember:
• The Black Gable has ONLY ONE official page.
• We only accept bookings through our official page, our official Instagram account, and our official Airbnb listing.
• We do NOT accept reservations or payments through any other page, account, or platform claiming to represent us.
• If you’re unsure whether you’re communicating with our official accounts, please verify with us before sending any payment.

If you come across “Black Gable Binangonan” or any account pretending to be The Black Gable, please report it to Facebook immediately. Every report helps protect future guests from being scammed.

We are actively reporting this fake page and hope it will be removed as soon as possible.
