TERMS AND CONDITIONS ‼️
(Before Renting a Motorcycle) 🛵
1. The Renter confirms that he/she possesses a valid driver’s license and is legally qualified to operate a motorcycle.
2. The Renter agrees to use the motorcycle responsibly and only for lawful purposes. The motorcycle shall not be used for any illegal activity, racing, reckless driving, or by any person other than the Renter unless authorized in writing by the Owner.
3. The Renter accepts full responsibility for the motorcycle from the time it is received until it is returned to the Owner.
4. The Renter shall return the motorcycle in the same condition in which it was received, except for normal wear and tear.
5. In the event of any accident, damage, theft, loss, missing parts, mechanical damage caused by negligence, or any other damage while the motorcycle is under the Renter’s possession, the Renter shall be fully responsible for all repair costs, replacement costs, towing charges, labor, and any other related expenses.
6. If the motorcycle is damaged beyond repair or declared a total loss, the Renter agrees to compensate the Owner for the motorcycle’s full market value.
7. The Renter shall be solely responsible for all traffic violations, penalties, fines, impound fees, and any legal liabilities incurred during the rental period.
8. If the motorcycle is returned late without the Owner’s prior approval, the Owner may charge additional rental fees or penalties.
9. The Owner reserves the right to inspect the motorcycle upon its return before releasing any security deposit, if applicable.
10. The Renter agrees to immediately inform the Owner of any accident, breakdown, damage, or incident involving the motorcycle.
11. If the Renter cannot be contacted, refuses to respond, or fails to fulfill his/her obligations under this Agreement, the Emergency Contact/Guarantor identified below agrees to assist the Owner in locating the Renter and, by signing this Agreement, accepts joint responsibility for any unpaid damages, repair costs, penalties, or other financial obligations arising from this rental.
12. Both parties acknowledge that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
