- With good communication and customer service skills
- Graduate of Hospitality Management (preferred)

📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests and players in a professional manner
- Manage court and room reservations (walk-in, phone, and online inquiries)
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Process payments
- Maintain organized booking records and daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team when necessary
