Water supply is very essential to farming, ever since we struggled for water, tried the barangay water supply but couldn’t accommodate us, then was able to rent a private one to get water supply, unfortunately, it was destroyed by the earthquake, since then, it was a struggle that badly affected our small piggery. Canvassed for various water drilling services, but all were costly. It took months for us to decide due to fundings. Finally, drilling started last Wednesday. Was told that this will take a month. Looking forward for good water supply at our farm. Thanks to BRT Drilling, who patiently waited for us to make the decision.

I still receive inquiries about the accommodations. Sadly, we don’t offer accommodations anymore (we lost the farmhouse to earthquake). With the accommodation business, I did it by the books as a good taxpayer and legit business, paying the dues even I was operating the accommodation in losses. Closing the business is costly, I gave more to taxes than I made from the business.
To our previous guests, really appreciate doing business with you. Hope our place gave you good and happy memories to cherish forever.
We are now concentrating on farming.
We are maintaining the surroundings and trying to recover from earthquakes and typhoon aftermath and the negligence of the previous caretaker.

Supporting a local livelihood and at the same time promoting good personal hygienic habit to the very young ones. Teach them early about grooming. Growing up, our parents taught us to be clean and presentable always. Living simply in a countryside, Every night before going to bed, we boiled water to be mixed with cold water and scrubbed ourselves clean and fresh using that Lukewarm water and a germicidal bar soap ( bioderm and safeguard were the famous brand) It was considered a privilege already to have a bar soap, baby lotion and baby talcum powder and baby cologne. And my siblings and I were lucky enough. ( ako yong maarte sa aming magkapatid, maasikaso sa kutis 😊) maintaining cleanliness prevents diseases.

The last glimpse of the ruins done by the earthquakes. I have the building and surrounding cleaned just to prevent any unwanted creatures, chickens are already making it as their refuge. The last caretaker did not care at all, i was devastated on how the placed looked like. It looked like a dumpsite and which homeless squatters took refuge. Soon we will have the farmhouse demolished.
