6 feet away is a pool with a whirlpool bath for residents only, open 24/7 for your enjoyment. No lifeguard, use anytime day or night at your own risk.
Two adults only due to the 24 hour pool and safety concerns.

The combination bedroom/living room has a king size pillow top bed. Included is great wifi and Netflix, Prime on a 48" television. Nature provides ocean breezes, with an ocean view. Hanging chairs are available for chilling.
Wall out to a private patio and enjoy the ocean laid out before you. At times there is night fishermen plying their trade. Above is the night sky, you can watch the moonrise over the ocean, or wake up to an early morning sunrise.
Off road secure sun-screened parking for car/truck or motorcycle- 24 hour pool access (unless being treated/cleaned). All the creature comforts one should expect are included: Split unit aircon with dryer mode available to reduce humidity. There is a full size kitchen with pots/pans/utensils/plates etc. included. We provide one bottle of purified water on cooler and one full can of LG Prycegas for the full size kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker and drip coffer maker. Enjoy good water pressure in a spacious CR with a hot shower available.

Utilities included. Two adults only due to the 24 hour pool and safety concerns.
