With over 200 paddlers, including international participants from Canada and Hungary, the event was a resounding success. Held in celebration of Tagbilaran City’s Saulog Festival, in collaboration with the Provincial Government of Bohol, it brought together culture, community, and competition in one vibrant showcase.
