Bolinao Transient House

Bolinao Transient House is a two single-attached house which can accommodate from 5 to 30 guests and even a little more. The bigger house has 2 rooms, with its own toilet and bath, aircon, double bed and mattresses on the floor where 5 to 6 people can sleep comfortably in each room.The supposedly living room also being called common space, is converted to sleeping area with mattress on the floor, 10 people or more can spend their night or two, all sleeping together. The second house has 1 room, with aircon, double bed and mattress as needed for 2 to 6 pax . There’s a big common area for 8 to 12 more people.Toilet and bath is shared by the group in this unit. Should you wish to cook, common kitchen is located at the terrace,outside the unit. We also have common shower area outside the house to get rid of the sands from Patar White Beach. Moreover, it is located at the heart of all major tourist’s spots in Bolinao, it’s even stones throw away from “Talipapa”- mini-wet market, and Sungayan Grill - a Loboc (Bohol ) Riverwatch Floating Resto inspired .
