FARMHOUSE NOT BEACHFRONT.
Casa Cruz is in a wide-open farm area surrounded by trees. Parking is never a problem, we have a very wide frontyard where you can set-up tents and build a campfire. There is also a solar-lighted open-air basketball court open to the public.
Three units available (20 sqm/unit) with individual airconditioner and ensuite toilet & shower. There is also a common area that connects all three rooms.
We can comfortably accommodate at least 16 pax per night in three rooms:
Room J good for 5pax
Room A good for 6pax
Room M good for 5-6pax
All rooms are WiFi enabled.
Check-in after 2 p.m.
Check-out before 12 p.m.
Flexible check-in & check-out if your unit is vacant before and after your occupancy.
Clean drinking water and toilet paper will be provided upon check-in.
No corkage fee.
We also have a food delivery canteen & kitchen where you can order from our extensive menu. We can also prepare food upon request. You may also use the kitchen for a minimal fee whenever available.
Rates per night:
1-3 pax 1room = PHP1,500
4-6 pax 1room = PHP2,000
7-9 pax 2rooms =PHP3,500
10-12 pax 2rooms PHP4,000
13-16 pax 3rooms = PHP6,000
