The Local Government Unit of Malay headed by Hon. Frolibar Sacapaño Bautista, Municipal Mayor, together with Hon. Niño Carlos F. Cawaling, Municipal Vice Mayor, and Hon. Dalidig Y. Sumndad, Committee Chair on Tourism through Malay Municipal Tourism Office overseen by Dr. Felix G.
