✅ WHAT YOU CAN FILE (AS THE RESTOBAR OWNER)

Since the fight happened inside your business, you can file your own complaint for these offenses:

⭕️1. Alarms and Scandals (Art. 155, Revised Penal Code)

For causing trouble and disturbing the peace inside your establishment.
This is a criminal offense and does not require the injured customer to join the complaint.

⭕️ 2. Malicious Mischief (Art. 327 RPC)

If any of the following were damaged:
• Chairs
• Tables
• Glasses
• Bottles
• Lights
• TV / speakers
• Any property inside the restobar

You can sue for property damage and claim compensation.

⭕️ 3. Trespassing or Disturbing Business Operations

If the person:
• Refused to leave your premises
• Disrupted your operations
• Threatened your staff

You can file a case based on disturbance of business.

⭕️ 4. A Separate Civil Case for Damages

You can sue for:
• Loss of income (if the fight caused early closing)
• Damage to business reputation
• Cost of repairs

This is independent of the customer’s injuries.
