Lilia Amosco Banigoos Gladwin, owner of Tiptop Vacation Homes in Baguio City since 2006, launched Tiptop Ando Beach Resort on 03 May 2024 providing overnight accommodation and day use beach cottages at Ando Island, Borongan City, Eastern Samar.

🌳 Tree House Cottage – ₱7,000/night (Good for 2–15 pax). Additional admission charge 100 pesos per person in excess of 15 pax.

🏠 2-Storey Cottage – ₱3,500/night (Good for 2–10 pax). Additional admission charge 100 pesos per person in excess of 10 pax.

🛖 Single-Storey Bamboo Cottage – ₱2,500/night (Good for 2–10 pax). Additional admission charge 100 pesos per person in excess of 10 pax.

🌺 Garden View Couple’s Room – ₱2,500/night (Good for 2 adults)
🛏 Includes:
• 1 Queen-size bed
• 2 Double foam mattresses
• Can accommodate up to 2–6 pax
• Air-conditioned
• With kitchenette

🚻 Note: No ensuite bathroom. Shared men’s and women’s toilet & shower rooms are available near the beach garden.

Additional guests: ₱300 per person/night (in excess of 2 adults)
Children 12 years old & below: FREE of charge

Amenities & Rentals

🎤 Karaoke Rental – ₱1,000
🛶 Crystal Kayak Rental – ₱300/hour (maximum of 2 pax)

Cooking Facilities

Guests may use the outdoor cooking area with:

✅ Sink for washing
✅ Pots & pans
✅ Cooking utensils
✅ Charcoal grill
✅ Gas cooking range available for an additional ₱300 for the duration of stay

Also accepts bookings for events, team buildings and other celebrations!
