UPDATE April 2024
We've had this lovely place for more than 15 years now and it is time for an upgrade. This means that we are curently closed for renovation and hope to be up and available again in the latter part of 2024. Welcome to our well hidden corner of paradise. Panan Private Resort is available for rent overnight, for a weekend or maybe even a week. We don't have many rules, but here are

the most important:

1. Treat our host family with respect and friendliness. They will do their very best to help you and make your visit in Panan as comfortable as possible while taking care of our property.

2. Enjoy the ocean and the beach with care. Our sun is strong and so might our waves be.

3. Be courteous to our neighbours and respect their privacy. Do ask our host family to arrange a bonfire on the beach. It is a marvelous experience. But refrain from making your own. We do not wish to burn down the place.

5. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.

6. Leave with your memories but don't leave any of your own. We try to keep the beach clean :)

FACILITIES
Main house has 2 bedrooms and a dining room
Guest house has 1 bedroom and a cozy porch. We have a total of 5 beds and experience shows it is good for up to 10-15 persons :)

Shower/WC is Filipino style, so you flush and shower with tabo and a barrel of water ;) Our host family can demonstrate it or you can watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXIlKetfuVQ

The place is equipped with
- Fridge
- Gas stove
- Water dispenser with ice cold or coffee hot water

And since this is in the Philippines, there's electric outlets pretty much everywhere in the place so you can charge your cellphone :)

Oh, by the way. The house is around 50 meters from the ocean. ACTIVITIES
Island hopping can be arranged for PHP600/person and why not rent a Karaoke machine and have some fun in the moonlight? Just ask us and we'll fix it for you.

Until then, there are plenty of great options available in the vicinity. Make use of them and keep your toes in the sand :)
