Position : Reservation Clerk

Requirements:
- High School diploma or higher.
- An associate's degree in hospitality or clerical
office OR two years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft
Office.
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload and work
well under pressure.
- Must have a clean background with no record
from the NBI.
