Things you need to know before you book a stay with us in Cabongaoan
- There is an environmental fee. The Burgos Tourism Office charges an environmental fee of P30.00 per person, payable at the barangay junction before proceeding to Cabongaoan.
- The last stretch of road to the beach (less than 150 meters) is narrow and tight! The beach you are about to visit has become very popular over the years. Various establishments have set up structures and facilities. Parking is very limited, so coordinate your arrival so that we can help you find a paid parking space nearby.
- It can get pretty hot! The beach camp is located directly on the beach and the temperature can rise quickly, especially between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Even with air conditioning, it gets quite hot inside the tent. We have set up fans to cool you down, but please be prepared for the summer heat. In some cases it can get quite windy.
- Power fluctuations do occur. But do not worry, because Balay Prinsesa has a generator on standby! There will be no power cuts or low voltage at Balay Prinsesa, so you will be comfortable with us.
- The Wi-Fi connection is only available for management and guests to a limited extent. There is no cell phone signal in the surrounding area.
- Accommodation in Cabongaoan is for family/barkada rooms and glamping tents, but these are equipped with air-conditioning, mattresses, bedding, blankets, pillows and towels. We recommend our guests to bring their own toiletries.
- As Cabongaoan Beachcamp is now for the private and exclusive use of a single group, please be aware of outsiders or non-members who may sneak past the security guards. Report any such incidents to management immediately.
- There are no recommended restaurants and stores in the area. Our kitchens and washrooms are at your disposal, but we do not lend out kitchen and dining utensils. However, pre-orders at the restobar and/or catering services are available.
- The Restobar is usually open on weekends and public holidays, but is closed on weekdays and at times when there are few confirmed guests and visitors. When the Restobar is open, live acoustic performances are offered and can be requested by guests. When there are no live performances, guests can also listen to and sing karaoke.
- Some repairs and maintenance work are still being carried out. Please understand the inconvenience.
- The images on our social media platforms and websites may not reflect the current situation as the resort is constantly being redesigned, developed and improved.
- In the event of a reservation cancelation, only 50% will be refunded if canceled less than 48 hours before the reserved date, and no refund if canceled within 24 hours.
- Please read the reservation contract. It is assumed that it has been read and fully understood with the reservation and payment made and that all provisions contained therein are in force. Failure to read or open the contract file cannot be a valid excuse for matters arising from its contents.
