All cancelled bookings can be rescheduled directly with the owner within 1 year from the time of booking without any charges. Cancel 14days or more prior booking date 100% refund minus 10% administration fee. 15days prior booking date 1night charge, 7days prior booking date 50%charge, No show NO REFUND. Rates from March 2024 until present if booked directly with the resort.
