A private resort built with pride and joy. Not for financial gain. It was never meant to be a business venture. It cost us more to maintain and manage.
It is a place for rest and relaxation. A place where families and friends create special moments that last a lifetime.
It is a place named after our beloved Mom and grandmother Virginia Toledo Junio.
This year 2026 we celebrate her 100th birthday. She was our comfort and inspiration.
Wherever you are Mom/ Bai you're always in our hearts.
We thank all our guests/ family and friends who supported us. We hope your memories will remain in your hearts as well. Villa Toledo is so grateful for making it a part of your celebrations and get togethers.

Please respect my privilege to have my cottages and pathway leading to Villa Toledo not be occupied by your paying guests.
Everyday we remind your guests not to block our path. We clean and pick up your guests soiled diapers, broken bottles and garbage.
Your caretakers should personally tell your guests the boundaries. The beachfront is for all to enjoy but encroaching on others property should be discouraged. You are always full and I'm happy for you. Our guests are few and far between. However, our guests have the right to be comfortable not blocked by tents etc for their comfort.

To all resort owners in Cabongaoan Beach, Burgos, Pangasinan, we respectfully request that you remind your guests to be mindful of noise levels, particularly after 1 am, out of consideration for families with young children and others seeking rest. All guests have the right to a peaceful vacation. We appreciate your attention to this matter and your efforts in maintaining a serene atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment.
