- It has an air-conditioned conference room that can accommodate up to 150 persons.
- It has big parking lots with cottages around for small group sharings and reflections.
-It is located in a 2 hectares lot surrounded with rice plantation and fish pond.

-Inside compound is Bahay Kalinga ng Bukal caring for orphaned, street children and women in crisis.
