Exclusively enjoy with the whole family this stylish place called Casa Lantali. The house is divided into 2 villas. Each has its own unique style and complete amenities for your comfort. There are 2 bedrooms in each unit making that 4 rooms for 16 people to sleep in. The villas have balconies, one facing the beach and the other with a view of the Zambales mountains. The unique pool design has an area for adults and a smaller one for kids. The sunsets are almost always a perfect sight to behold.
The property is about 2,500 square meters with a beach frontage of about 45 meters. There is a lot of space to park your cars and the property is gated and secure.
It was originally built as a private resort for the families of the 2 doctor owners but was recently opened for our guests to relax, unwind and just simply enjoy the sand, sea waves and and a nice pool to go with it!
Each unit of the duplex house has a living and dining room designed uniquely by the two doctor owners.
The house can only accommodate a maximum of 16 people including kids.
The kitchen is fully equipped where guests can prepare their meals. Pots, pans plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are all available for use.
There are 4 rooms upstairs. The 2 masters bedrooms have queen beds and access to the balcony with a view of either the mountains or the ocean depending on which unit you will be staying.
The other 2 rooms have two bunk beds to comfortably sleep 8 people. There are 4 floor mattresses available, one for each of the 4 rooms.
It has 4 full bathrooms, one on each floor with the second floor having a double vanity feature.
The front patio or porch has 4 seats and 2 tables where you can lounge.
We have Wifi available and you may continue to work while enjoying the place.
There are 2 smart TVs in the living areas.
The adult pool is 5 feet deep and the smaller kiddie pool is about 3 feet but please always follow basic pool usage to avoid accidents as there a no lifeguards on duty.
The beach is really nice and enjoyable but can also be at times a bit rough and suited for surfing so please be careful when you have small kids and elderly people in the group. Again, there are no lifeguards on duty.
We have set up several tables with umbrella shades around the property where you can stay or dine if you wish to.
There are no water lines yet (Maynilad, Manila Water) servicing the area and therefore we buy and have water delivered and stored in our tanks for the guests to use so please conserve water to avoid sudden loss of supply.
We would just like to remind our guests to take care of the place during their stay so that the other guests after them may continue to enjoy Casa Lantali.

The rate includes the use of the 2 villas and the pool.
If your group will exceed the maximum number of 16, you may rent 1 or 2 airconditioned tents(glamps) that can fit another 6-8 people per tent for another 8-16 pax.
Note: The fee for the villa does not include the use of the tents.
There is a drivers room with a bunkbed that can house 2 people. It has an electric fan and its own bathroom and shower. Drivers will be charged 350 pesos per day. Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the main house, tents or use the pool.
