Camping Guidelines

Welcome to the camping experience! To ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and responsible stay, please review the following essential guidelines.

1. Manage Your Expectations: This is Not Glamping!
Please understand that this is a tent camping experience, not "glamping." Come prepared for a genuine outdoor adventure.

2. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in Time: 12:00 NN
Latest Check-in: 6:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon
Early Set-up: If space permits, you may be allowed to set up your tents earlier. Please ensure you have sufficient space without encroaching on other campers' areas.

3. Tent Requirements & Weather Preparedness
Tent Type: Only bring windproof and rainproof outdoor camping tents.
Beach Tents: We strongly do not recommend using beach tents. The weather can change suddenly, becoming windy and rainy.

4. Waste Management (Leave No Trace)
Segregate Your Waste: Please strictly segregate your trash into appropriate categories (e.g., biodegradables, non-biodegradables, recyclables).
Take it Home: All unsegregated waste must be taken home with you when you leave. Our goal is to keep the camping area clean and pristine.

5. Noise and Respect for Others
Quiet Hours: Abide by quiet time at all hours. We encourage a peaceful environment for all campers.
Headphones: Use earphones for all audio.
Bluetooth Devices: Bluetooth speakers and loud music are strictly prohibited. It is never a good idea to be loud in a shared camping space, so please keep noise levels down.

6. Be a Responsible & Prepared Camper
Always be prepared for various conditions and situations. Your preparedness contributes to a better experience for everyone.

🌲 Camp Rules: Embracing the Wilderness 🌲

Welcome to our campsite! Please respect the following rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and eco-conscious experience for everyone. Let's preserve the beauty of nature together.

I. 💧 Water Management & Hygiene

> Respect the Water Source
The river is our lifeline. Keep it clean and sacred.

> No Direct Contamination
🚫 No soap, shampoo, toothpaste, food scraps, chemicals, or waste in the river—ever.

> Washing Stations
🧼 Personal hygiene: Wash at least 50 meters from the river using a basin or bucket.

🍽️ Dishes: Scrape food into a trash bag, then wash 50+ meters from the river.

> Drinking Water Protocol
🫧 Boil it! All water for drinking, cooking, or brushing must be boiled for 3–5 mins.

🚰 Collect upstream from any washing areas.

🫗 Store in clean, designated containers.

> Human Waste & Toilet Tissue
💦 Urine: Far from camp and water.

💩 Solid waste: Pack it out in a sealed bag.

🧻 Toilet paper & feminine products: Always pack out. Never bury.

II. 🔥 Campfire & Cooking

> Fire Safety First
Use only the designated fire pit. Never leave a fire unattended.

> Extinguish Thoroughly
Drench, stir, and cool the ashes until cold to the touch before leaving or sleeping.

> Cooking
All must be prepared at the designated campsite area only.

III. 🐻 Wildlife & Environment

> Leave No Trace
Pack out everything you bring in. Nothing left behind.

> Food & Scented Item Storage
Use bear-proof containers stored off the ground.

> Wildlife Etiquette
Observe from a distance. Do not feed or approach.

> Nature is Not a Souvenir
Don’t pick plants, flowers, or disturb natural features. Take only pictures.

IV. 🧭 Safety & Group Dynamics

> Use the Buddy System
No solo wandering. Stay with your partner, especially after dark.

> Emergency Ready
Know where the first-aid kit is. Review emergency procedures.

> Quiet Hours = 10 PM
Strictly enforced for everyone's rest and well-being. No exceptions.

> Keep Things Tidy
Organize your gear. Respect shared spaces.

> Stay Positive
