💙 OUR HEARTFELT APOLOGY TO OUR DEAR CLIENTS 💙
To all our dear clients,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the natural calamity that has affected our area and our beloved Blessed Garden Private Resort. 🙏🏻
At the moment, our resort is experiencing heavy flooding, particularly in our function hall, due to the continuous heavy rains over the past few days. This is the first time that we had experienced this. As much as we would love to accommodate your bookings and give you the relaxing and memorable experience you deserve, the safety of our guests, staff, and everyone involved will always be our top priority.
We know that many of you have been looking forward to your scheduled celebrations, family gatherings, or much-awaited getaways. We understand how difficult and disappointing it can be when plans you have carefully prepared for are suddenly affected by circumstances beyond our control. For this, we are truly sorry. 💔
Please be assured that all affected bookings will be refunded in full, including the downpayment you have paid. We want to make sure that none of our clients will have to worry about losing their hard-earned money because of this unfortunate situation.
We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding as we process the necessary arrangements during this difficult time. We will coordinate with each affected client regarding the refund.
Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness, and continued trust in Blessed Garden Private Resort. We are deeply grateful for every booking, every celebration, and every family who has chosen to spend their special moments with us.
We pray for everyone’s safety and hope that once everything settles, we will have the opportunity to welcome you again—under better and brighter circumstances. 🌿💙
Stay safe, everyone. May God keep you and your families safe during this difficult time. 🙏🏻
With our sincerest apologies and gratitude,
Blessed Garden Private Resort 🌿🏡
