Taking the top spot is Inasal na Manok from Philippines, earning a rating of 4.4. Known for its tangy marinade and smoky flavor, this dish reflects the Philippines’ vibrant street food culture and mastery of grilled cuisine.
Close behind in second place is Nasi Goreng Ayam from Indonesia with a score of 4.3, tied with Ayam Goreng, which also holds a 4.3 rating. These top three dishes showcase the diversity of Southeast Asian flavors from smoky and citrusy to savory and crispy while highlighting Indonesia’s strong presence in the regional food scene with two entries in the top tier.
Beyond the top three, the list features other popular favorites such as Kai Yang from Thailand, as well as Adobong Manok, Ayam Penyet, and Ayam Bakar. Together, these dishes illustrate the region’s deep-rooted love for chicken-based cuisine, where bold spices, unique cooking techniques, and cultural traditions come together to create some of the world’s most flavorful meals.
