Please read before booking with Rent-A-Tent CDO 🏕️
To keep our tent rental service smooth, safe, and hassle-free for everyone, all renters must agree to our Terms & Conditions before confirming a booking.
📌 RENTAL PERIOD
Rental period is 24 hours with a 1-hour grace period. Strictly, 1 day = 24 hours. Late returns will be charged ₱200 per hour per booking.
📌 CLEAN & COMPLETE RETURN
All rented tents and add-ons must be returned clean, complete, and in good condition. If items are returned with excessive dirt, mud, sand, stains, or unusual mess, a cleaning fee of ₱50–₱100 may be charged depending on the condition.
📌 DAMAGE, LOSS, OR MISSING ITEMS
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items. Full repair or replacement cost will be shouldered by the renter.
📌 RESERVATION FEE
A ₱50 reservation fee is required to confirm your booking. This fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable, but deductible from your total rental payment.
📌 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A ₱300 refundable deposit is required per booking. This may be used for damages, missing items, late returns, or penalties. The remaining amount will be refunded after item checking.
📌 DELIVERY
For delivery, the delivery fee will be shouldered by the renter.
📌 RETURN ON TIME
Please return all items on time. Failure to return the items may be treated as theft, and the business may file necessary legal action. The renter also authorizes the use and disclosure of their personal data, including ID and photo, for recovery purposes, reporting to law enforcement, and if necessary, public posting.
