Role:
- Monitor beach area and ensure guest safety
- Respond to emergencies + first aid when needed
- On-call shifts - we’ll call you when coverage needed

Requirements:
1. Valid lifeguard + first aid/CPR certificate
2. Strong swimming skills + experience preferred
3. Reliable, alert, good with people
4. Must live near Jespera Beach Resort area
