It was indeed a REAL QUICK - ONE WEEK TRANSACTION WITH GOD'S GRACE AND PROVISION 🙏🏻☝🏻😇
STORY LINE TO INSPIRE HOW GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS AND HOW POWERFUL THE PRAYER DECLARATION IS:
- It was last week January 11,2025 Saturday when my agents chat me that they have a client who is looking for a house unit. They asked me what time I will be available on that day as their client is interested to view and check the unit. So we agreed the time for viewing and while I was driving , I humbly prayed to the Lord Jesus Christ and told him
"Lord Jesus I declared and claimed it already Lord that the client of my agents today who will view our unit will be our renter for long term (12 months) for this year 2025 , I declared and claimed it oh Lord Jesus Christ.🙏🏻
So fast forward, I already meet the agents and the client and it was nice having a conversation with her, she's so approachable, smiling and I felt positive vibes with her. I can see on her faces that she really like the unit and she keeps appreciating how she likes the interior design of the unit and asked me if I hired interior designer for the unit and made her surprised when I told her that I'm just the one who did the interior designing.
Fast forward, she filled out the form as our holding agreement to reserve the unit for her. She submitted the requirements that I required her to submit on the following day and that was January 12,2025 Sunday.
We stay keep in touch to each other until we both agreed to meet again last January 16,2025 Thursday for me to receive the partial payment and acknowledgement receipt. Until finally with God's grace and provision God really heard my fervent prayers, my client and I, together with my agents agreed to meet the following day for the SIGNING OF CONTRACT and that was last January 17,2025 the day that I've waited a confirmation and an answered to my prayers. This day was truly a long day for me in doing such errands scheduled on that day but thankfully with God's grace and provision all the efforts and hard works have PAID OFF. It was truly an ANSWERED PRAYER to me which came in RIGHT PLACE AND RIGHT TIME with the RIGHT PERSON and I faithfully believed that it was HIM🙏🏻☝🏻😇 and the promptness of the HOLY SPIRIT that instructed me and guided me in all my decisions and actions. Until finally the HOUSE WARMING BLESSING was really realized just yesterday January 18,2025 @ exactly 8:00 o'clock in the morning. It was a very simple house warming blessing celebration with Rev. Fr. Isagani, my house angels and workers of that unit, my friends/neighbors and my client with her family who will be the renters of our B3 L11 unit in Lumina Homes Subdivision Gran Europa.
It was indeed a very simple yet very successful House Warming Blessing and a Turn Over of keys to the renters.
