Neighborhood is very peaceful and people are always very warm in welcoming guests and visitors. Restaurants such as Max's, Andoks, Jollibee, McDonalds and Burger King are just some of the restaurants near the vicinity. Parking is located on the street right beside the property. Flood lights are turned on at night to provide added security and 2 CCTV cameras are located in the area. It is very accessible by public transport or private car/van. We can also help you with directions.

A care taker will meet you upon check-in and will be present through out your stay to assist you and to check if everything is in good condition. Please take note that we shall only allow the declared number of person upon booking to enter the house. Please read all terms and conditions prior to booking. Also, please do take note that the house is located in the tropical country the Philippines, there will be seasonal mosquitoes, flies, rice bugs, ants coming from outside the property most specially during rainy season, but rest assured that we make our house clean and pest free. We are not responsible in case there will be water and electricity disruption because this is beyond our control. Rest assured that we will coordinate and call the utility company to report the problem the soonest possible time. Please do secure your personal belongings, all vehicle doors are locked and all the gates of the property should be locked as well, for your safety. During your stay we shall not held liable for any loss of your personal belongings so please be responsible with them. CCTV is in operation on common areas only, for your protection and safety. Additional rules
We have a strict No Smoking on the bedroom and toilet and bathrooms. As much as possible please keep our place clean so others can also enjoy our place. Smoking is only allowed at the front garden area. No drinking or eating inside the swimming pool. We have provide beautiful art pieces and a variety of rare plants to contemplate the overall house design and feel. Please do take good care of them, any damage will be charged accordingly. Same with our provided towels and blankets. No pets allowed as well
