🌊 50% DOWN PAYMENT and the balance must be fully paid before entering

🌊 When number of actual persons exceeds number agreed upon, an additional 500.00 PHP per head will be charged.
🌊 Observe cleanliness and orderliness at all times. No eating or drinking in pool and bedrooms. No diving, no running, no horseplay in and around pool area.
🌊 No smoking inside the house.
🌊 Guest are responsible for any loss or damages incurred in the property during their stay.
🌊 MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS OF LIFE AND BELONGINGS DUE TO ACCIDENTS OR NEGLIGENCE OF GUEST.
