Villa Amira Hot Spring Resort offers 2 private hot spring pools (adult & kiddie) with 5 fully air-conditioned rooms. The property is very spacious and can accommodate 4 cars inside. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) 50% deposit must be made to confirm reservation.
2) Full payment must be made and confirmed before the check-in date. Full payment in CASH is needed before check-in or entry.
3) Re-Bookable bu
t Non-Refundable. This is to cover up operating expenses and loss of earnings due to default / cancellation of the guests. Rebooking is allowed only within two (2) weeks before the check-in date.
4) Automatic Re-Booking Allowed for UNFORESEEN EVENTS (e.g. earthquakes, typhoons, floods, national/local COVID lockdowns, power interruptions etc.).
5) In case of default inability to come on your reserved date, down payment will automatically be forfeited
6) ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY: 20 (Twenty) to 25 (Twenty-Five) pax (maximum capacity of 30 pax subject to approval of management with guests sole risks and adjustments)
7) Standard 24-hour booking Check-in Time is at 5pm and Checkout time is at 2pm. (21-hour stay, 3 hours provision for cleaning and housekeeping).
8) Indoor Parking is provided for your safety.
9) Guest shall be held accountable for the proper use of facilities
10) Be mindful of your safety at all times. Gates of the property are required to be closed at all times to ensure privacy, safety and security. Guests who wish to go out must inform our caretaker/s on duty and make sure to close the gates at all times. Please refrain from going out at night.
11) Please observe and follow our HOUSE RULES and POOL RULES at all times.
12) Villa Amira Hot Spring Resort, its caretakers, management and owners shall be free from any damages, liabilities, or responsibilities arising out of any untoward incidents involving the guest/s during their stay.
13) Guests will be held responsible for any damages and/or loss of property and must settle their liabilities before leaving the resort’s premises.
14) Once we've confirmed your down payment, you are already bind to our terms and conditions even if you don't sign the contract.
