12-hour session rates(daytime or overnight)

Weekday rates (not including holidays) : 4500 and up

Weekend (from Friday to Sunday) and holiday rates: 6000 and up

If 24 hour session, rates will double but expect discounts

Take good care of your personal belongings the resort will not be responsible for any lost, or damage made to your things

if exceeded to the agreed no. of guest, there will be additional fee of 100php per head. that is why we encourage you to state accurate no. of pax.

vandalism and breakage will not be tolerated and includes charges that depends on the worth of the damaged facility

don’t go upstairs soaking wet

if there are billiard balls lost, there will be also charges

Diving and or doing acrobatic act on the pool, running, pushing, causing undue disturbance, or any conduct that may endanger the welfare of self or other patrons is strictly prohibited.

Infants/children not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits. No diapers please.

Animals, food, drinks, footwear and glass containers or any breakable objects are not permitted on the pool area.

The pool manager / caretaker has the authority to enforce these rules and may remove any guest who violates these rules from the Villa Lo**ta Resort
