Ruyi Resort ✨ Be one of the FIRST to experience our brand-new private resort, designed for unforgettable escapes! TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Unforeseen circumstances (e.g.

Whether it’s a family getaway, a barkada trip, or a team-building adventure, RUYI RESORT is your ultimate destination! A 50% downpayment is required to confirm the reservation. Payment options are:
- Bank Deposit
- Ocular Visit

2. Downpayments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This is to cover up operating expenses and loss of earnings due to default cancellation of the guests. However, guests have the option to reschedule the confirmed rental. Changes for your date and time schedule should be notified 1 month before the scheduled reservation. Should it be less than a month a fee of 2,000 Pesos PER DAY would be charge for re-booking.

3. EXTREME earthquakes, EXTREME typhoons, EXTREME floods) will mean re-scheduling / re-booking of reserved dates.

4. In case of default inability to come on your reserved date, down payment will automatically be forfeited.

5. Payments for the remaining balance should be handed over to the caretaker upon check-in or bank transfer.

6. Guest shall be held accountable for the proper use of facilities.

7. Ruyi Resort shall not be held liable in case occupants/lessees shall violate any law.

8. Ruyi Resort shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility arising out of any untoward incidents involving the guests during the scheduled rental.

9. Ruyi Resort is not held liable and is fully not responsible on any losses, accidents or injuries that may occur during your stay within the resort’s premises.

10. Guests will be held responsible for any damages and/or loss of property and must settle their liabilities before leaving the resort’s premises.

11. Our resort can only accommodate up to 42 persons max. We, the owners and the caretakers, have every right to refuse entry of guests exceeding the allowable capacity.

12. Ocular visits should be scheduled with us. If we have guests inside, you won't be able to check the place.

13. A security deposit of 3,500 pesos will be collected upon check-in. Accidental damage/s on resort’s property will be deducted

14. NO PETS ALLOWED. If the guest brought any pet, we will charge 5,000 pesos per pet.

The pool lights come on at dusk and the water stays warm on its own.

It is natural hot spring, from the ground rather than a heater, and there is never another booking sharing it. The jacuzzi at the far end runs off the same source.

There is a swing up on the roof deck with the hillside behind it, and there is the pool deck downstairs. You do not have to choose, because the whole property is yours for the stay — along with the videoke, the billiards table and the basketball court.
