2. To confirm the reservation, we require every customer to pay in advance the 50% of the rate as a down payment. Down Payment can be made through the BPI and BDO Bank or customer can visit the resort prior to the schedule:

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- First come First serve basis
- NO Down Payment means No Reservation
- Call or text us before going to the bank in order to reconfirm the availability of the resort
- Failure to send us the copy of the bank deposit slip or money transfer transaction slip means NO Reservation
- Must print the reservation letter and submit the signed copy to the caretaker upon arrival at the resort
- Non refundable, Non appearance on schedule will be forfeited
- RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer will notify the resort administrator at least 7 days prior to the initial reservation date. REBOOKING FEE of 2,000.00 pesos will be charged to the customer.
- Customer must bring their own towel, dining wares and kitchen utensils.

ADDITIONAL TERMS DURING THE PANDEMIC

1. Only half (50%) of the operational capacity is allowed during the pandemic.
2. The customer must submit online the complete list of guests upon reservation: NAME/AGE/ADDRESS/CONTACT NO. Only the listed customers are allowed to enter the resort.
3. All guests must wear a mask upon entering the resort, (NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY).
4. NO walk-ins or ocular allowed at the moment.
5. FOOT DISINFECTION, HAND SANITATION and TEMPERATURE CHECK will be done before entering the resort. Those with symptoms OF COVID such as cough, fever and flu will not be allowed to enter our resort.
6. All guests must fill up the HEALTH DECLARATION FORM.
7. All guests must bring everything they need upon arrival at the resort.
8. Failure to comply with the safety protocol gives the rights to the resort to terminate the agreement, forfeiture of the rental fee paid by the guests, and to ask the guests to leave the premises.
9. Full payment is required prior to the reserved date to avoid cash transaction at the resort.
10. Reservation is non-refundable but can be re-booked in case of lockdown during GCQ MECQ and ECQ. In the event of lockdown, Rebooking is FREE of charge.
