1. Are kids allowed? - yes

2. When are you open? - We’re open from Monday to Sunday, day and night, including holidays.

3. Are alcoholic beverages allowed? - yes.

4. Do I need a reservation? - Yes, but we allow walk-ins subject to availability. If we reached the max capacity, walk-ins may be declined entrance.

5. Are we allowed to bring our own food? - Yes. Free grilling stations are still available in the resort.

6. What is the schedule for reservations? - check-in time is 7am to 5pm for day swimming. 7pm-6am for overnight swimming

7. Is 22 hours stay allowed in the resort? Yes but it's better to take the online reservation. 8am-6am and 7pm-5pm for 22hours stay

8. Do you accept card payment? - we are on a strict cash basis, but we accept Gcash and payment through online banking.

CALAMBA CITY | Muli ng pinapahintulutan ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Calamba ang pagbabalik operasyon ng mga hotel at resort sa lungsod kasunod ng paglalagay sa buong lalawigan ng Laguna sa modified general community quarantine simula Setyembre 1 hanggang Setyembre 30.

Batay sa anunsiyo ni Calamba City Mayor Justin Marc Chipeco, pinapayagan ng mag-operate ang mga hotel at resorts ngunit hanggang 50 porsiyento lamang ng kapasidad nito.

Kinakailangan aniya na kumuha ng kaukulang permit o certification ang mga hotel at resort owners mula sa Department of Tourism upang matiyak na sumusunod ito sa mga kaukulang protocols bago makapag-operate.

Hindi naman pinapahintulutan ang pagtanggap ng mga bisita na manggagaling sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim sa general community quarantine at modified enhanced community quarantine.

Nanawagan naman ang alkalde sa mga hotel at resort owners maging sa mga guests nito na palagiang sundin ang minimum health protocols upang mapigilan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19.

Magandang umaga po para sa lahat ng ating masusugid na customers 😊
Nais kopong ipaalam na my bagong pinatutupad na batas ang lungsod ng calamaba para sa mga gustong pumunta at magswimming dito sa lungsod ng calamba...

Listahan ng mga bagong batas
1)ang mga resort ay tumatanggap nalang ng 50% ng bilang ng tao mula sa dating maximum of 30pax ngayon ayy 15pax nalang ang tatanggapin para mapanatili nag social distancing.
2)hindi nadin tinatanggap ang mga customers na walang reservations.
3)ipinagbabawal din ang pagpunta sa resort para dun magpareserve(online reservations only)
4)kylangan ding ibigay ang mga pangalan ng mga makakasama sa paliligo para mailista at ma check sa ating mga checkpoint (ibigay ang tamang bilang at pangalan ng mga tao sa inyong online reservation)
