OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. RESERVATION FEE:Secure a 50% down payment to immediately block the dates for your event. Below are our available payment options:

We will inform you on the designated bank account in which to make the deposit / payment upon confirmation of reservation. This may vary depending on the resort you have selected. After payment, a scanned copy of the deposit slip or any proof of payment must be emailed with your name, resort selected, final headcount, date and time of arrival / departure. We will then send you an email with your reservation receipt and location map of the chosen private resort, travel directions, your name and remaining balance to be presented to the caretaker of the resort. The remaining balance shall be paid in cash before check-out including other fees incurred (if any). Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON APPEARANCE on the schedule will be FORFEITED.
2. RE-BOOKING is applicable as long as the customer will notify us at least 10 days prior to the initial reservation date. Standard Rate will apply.
3. ADDITIONAL FEE of Php 100.00 to 200.00 per person will be charged to the customer in excess of the agreed quantity of guests. LPG - Php 200.00 per 11 hours
4. EXTENSION of hours depends on the availability of the resort. Customer must inform the Resort Administrator at least 2 hours before the end time in order to confirm if the stay can be extended. Extended hour rate:
OFF PEAK SEASON = Php 500.00 to 1000.00 per hour
