🌞PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-first come first serve basis
-no down payment no reservation
-remaining balance must be paid upon arrival
-non refundable non appearance
-excess guest will be charged 100 pesos per head

We are now AUTHORIZED to operate!
As per DOT and IATF Guidelines we will be following Safety Health Protocols:
* Only half(50%) of the operational capacity is allowed: max- 15pax only

* Customer must submit the complete list of guest online upon reservation
(NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT NO.)

*All guest must wear FACE MASK upon entering the resort.
( NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY)

*Foot bath disinfectant, hand sanitation and temperature check will be initiated before entering the resort
*FULL PAYMENT is required prior to the reservation date to avoid cash transaction
( settle your payment 24hrs before your chosen date).THANK YOU

This is to informed that MR. JEFFREY “JEFF” PULIDO is no longer connected at PRINCESS SHAIRA RESORT as our caretaker since September 2018 and NOT AUTHORIZED to accept deposit or reservation fee. Any transactions made by MR. JEFF PULIDO will no longer honored/ autorized by Princess Shaira Resort.

We accept reservation/ deposit thru our PNB account and during OCULAR visit ONLY.
