It’s a hidden place situated in CALATAGAN BATANGGAS , inside the compound of Balay Kapitan where you could have some peace and quite and an enjoyable time-off, tucked-away from the city stress, yet, not too far in distance

We are NOW READY TO TAKE YOUR reservations and bookings
Our price is as follows:

Php 7,000 - 12 HOURS 8:00 AM TO 8:00 PM
Php 12,000- 22 HOURS , 2PM TO 12 NN the ff day.

INCLUSION:

(10-12 pax)
We do not recommend more than this to avoid over crowding.
Should you exceed, we will charge 450 per head in excess of 12.
We can provide you additional matress.

- WITH TOILET AND BATH INSIDE (WITH heater)
You can also use the bathroom outside (no heater)

USE OF 2 GARDEN WITH INSTAGRAMMABLE Scenery (for bdays and ofher occasions, we can set up the chairs and tables for you for free)

It also has a BILLIARD’S TABLE WITH TV AND SOUND SYSTEM

KARAOKE (per request to set up)

Outdoor movie (you can set up an outdoor projector while swimming)

BAR USE (you may bring your own booze of course! )

You may also use the bar for your cooking needs!

COFFEE BAR USE ( Free brewed

Balsa Kapitan is a floating cottage / raft that will take you to the famous “The Little Boracay” and to 3 other destinations namely: the sandbar, the star fish island and another area where you can see the beauty of the coral reef and feed small fishes

Balsa Kapitan rental fee starts at the Php4,500 for 10 pax, Php 450 per person in excess but not to exceed 15 pax
(Note: price may vary depending on the season)

Kids more than 3 years old are part of the headcount

Balsa Kapitan has its own lifeguard on board coz your safety is our priority.. It will be tugged by a bangka with a boatman to the said destinations.

Balsa Kapitan operates from monday to sunday except wednesday (alloted for beach cleaning)
from 7 am to 4 pm..

The caretaker will meet you at 6-6:30 am (depending on your time actually) at the wet market area and will bring you to the fishlanding area where you will park your car (a few meters walk to your balsa; Parking fee is 30
Pesos for motorcycles and 100 pesos for big vehicles..). It is also here where you will attend a 10 min orientation and will register your names and pay the eco fee of 30 pesos per person..

Pls listen to the orientation well and take notes of the do’s and dont’s.

Lifevests are provided for everyone’s safety. Always wear your lifevests during transfers or the coastguards will give our balsa a warning..

You may bring your food. The balsa has provided griller for ‘ ihaw’ foods. Also, bring bread for fish feeding..
Charcoal shall be provided by the guests.

If you are kind enough, you may share your food to our lifeguard and boatman:)

Also, remember not to pollute our beach and throw your trashes properly in the bins provided..

Should you need to p*e or poo, let our bangkero know coz he will take you back to the fishlanding area where you will be charged 5 peso for p*e and 10 pesos for poop😂. In excess of 3 transports, a minimum fee shall be charged.

We also have our own crystal kayak for rent
@300 per hour
Or 2,000 for the whole day
